Background

Kiran Kalotia is not only beautiful and charismatic but also a talented, enthusiastic and ambitious person, with a degree in BA in Film and TV Studies from Kingston University in London.

Born in an Indian family and raised in Germany, she always had a great interest in Hindi films. Chasing her dream to become a Bollywood actress, she has been taking classical Indian dance training from a very early age and has been very actively participating in numerous Indian festivals both in Germany as well in London.

All her projects have involved working as an actress in many short films, documentaries commercials and music videos for major Asian channels. She has been successfully anchoring various television shows for reputed Indian channels like B4U, Zee TV and Play TV.

All these projects have enabled her to gain immense experience in Film and Television and given her an opportunity to demonstrate her versatile talent.

Her hard work and passion for Bollywood has brought this young lady a long way and Kiran is looking forward to many more exciting projects lined up for her.

Awards and Achievements

  • Distinction in Level I and II in Bharat Natyam at IITA( International Institute of Tamil Arts)
  • Crowned "Miss Beautiful Hair 2003" at 17yrs of age at the Miss India Beauty Pageant organised by Modeschauen events.
  • Crowned "Miss India Germany 2005" two years later.
  • Played a leading role in her debut short film "Palace on Wheels" – A Forbidden Love Story.
  • Recently completed a leading actress role in the movie "Shortcut" – an Inter cultural relationship story and its challenges.
  • Successfully anchored B4U Special for B4U Music interviewing Mohit Ahlawat about his forthcoming film Shiva.
  • Presented a popular quiz show "Jaago aur Jeeto" which was streamed on Zee TV and Play TV in India.
  • Performed at an Indian Association festival Dhamaka organised by 'Flex Fx Productions' at Royal Albert Hall in London.
  • Participated in Miss India Worldwide Pageant in 2006 in Mumbai organised by Kaleidovision.
